Waybar

The mango bar uses the native ext/workspaces module to talk to mangowc's built-in ext-workspace-v1 protocol.

The 12-Pill Secret

mangowc advertises all tag_num tags to waybar, but marks the empty ones as "hidden". By default, waybar hides them. To keep all twelve pills lit at all times:

ignore-hidden: false forces waybar to render the empty tags, and persistent-workspaces ensures they are always present in the JSON even before mangowc advertises them.

  • Right: Media player, volume, backlight, CPU, temp, RAM, battery, disk, swaync notifications, power menu
